We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual to lead Yung Prodigy’s funding efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in securing grants, building relationships with funders, and ensuring financial sustainability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Research and apply for relevant grants.
● Write compelling funding proposals.
● Track and report on grant outcomes.
● Manage funder relationships and compliance.
● Explore alternative funding streams (e.g., corporate sponsorships, donor campaigns).
● Support financial planning and funding sustainability strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
● Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
● Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or business development.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
● Passionate about social justice and grassroots advocacy.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Understanding of justice-related advocacy (lived experience is a plus).
● Familiarity with Xero is helpful but not required.
